Return and Refund Policy

Because our lash products are personal beauty items used around the eyes, we follow strict hygiene standards. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

We kindly ask customers to review product photos, descriptions, and style details carefully before placing an order. We currently do not accept returns for change of mind, style preference, or ordering the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the problem

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
